Otto Frederick Rohwedder was a succesful jeweller who sold his shops to fund his idea
to create a machine that would slice bread, this was in 1917, he was without funds
due to spending all his money on patents and could not afford a re-launch after his factory 
burnt down.


A friend helped out and bought his first machine in 1927 and slowly the word spread.
The ideas was good yet it was around 15 years before sliced bread gained market share deserved for a great idea.


The idea was great and the execution slowed by his getting patents instead of marketing.
The patent and making was great but it was a comlete and total failure. The success is not the patent it is can you get the idea to spread and our business helps business owners to get the idea to spread.

3: : Telling is not selling and less is more
Problem: Do you really expect the visitor to read all of words on each page? 
Visitors are relentless when on the web and do not hang around for complicated explanations.
A load of text is a sure way for a visitor to hit the ‘back’ button.
Idea: Less text equals more business:
- Put important information as headings
- Use  bullet points to make information easier to read quickly
- Be ruthless as you complete copy go back over this 4 times to edit and shorten your text
4: Too much distraction costs you money
Problem: The visitor doesn’t know where to look and therefore gets confused and annoyed
because there is no clear separation of content and navigation.
Idea: Make each page have one key focal point :
-Don’t compete with the call-to-action by adding too many offers
- Economise with your mix of colourful page elements or flash style animations

5: Forgetting to establish trust and make friends will cause a lack of credibility
